Not at all. While a diagnosis can bring clarity, it’s not required. Many people seek coaching to explore their experiences, strengths, and challenges—whether or not they have a formal label. What matters most is that you feel understood and supported, exactly as you are.
-
Coaching focuses on the present and future—helping you identify goals, build strategies, and navigate challenges in a way that aligns with your strengths.
Therapy often delves into past experiences and emotional healing. They can complement each other, but coaching is action-oriented and centred on your vision for your life.
I am not a therapist and for your safety I will be upfront if certain topics are beyond my competence and more suited for a therapist. -
I work exclusively with adults. There are many wonderful coaches specifically trained to work with younger people.

Life happens and there is a lot to be juggled.
There’s no shame in missing a session, we will simply pick up where we left off next time. Please let me know as soon as you know that you can’t make it.
And don’t worry, this isn’t school, there’s no ‘homework’ or obligations here. Any actions or reflections we explore are purely for you, on your terms. If something didn’t happen, we’ll simply check in: Was it not the right fit? Did life get in the way?
We’ll adjust together, without judgment. -
No. This is a privately paid service.
-
Absolutely. Everything you share is fully confidential. If I write anything it will be in a paper notebook. I don’t keep notes electronically.
If we are having an online session I am always in a room alone and always wearing headphones.

Not quite. Neurodiversity is considered to be the big-picture idea, recognising that human brains naturally vary, just like biodiversity in nature. It’s the understanding that no single "right" way of thinking or being exists.
Neurodivergence, on the other hand, refers to individuals whose brains diverge from what society labels as "typical." But here’s the thing: I don’t believe in a binary division between "neurotypical" and "neurodivergent."
Those labels are just ways to describe how closely someone’s brain aligns with societal expectations within a given environment.
In reality, we’re all part of the neurodiverse spectrum—some of us just experience more friction in a world built for a narrow definition of "normal."What truly matters isn’t the label, but this: How much are you struggling? How do you feel about who you are? How can you thrive?
That’s where the real conversation begins. -
Absolutely ok, and I am honoured for you consciously acknolwedge this.
Coaching, and me as a coach, may not be right for you and this is the purpose of the discovery call - check the chemistry! -
Oh, this is hard, I get it. And it is the perfect place to start.
We don’t need clarity to begin, we just need curiosity.
Together, we’ll untangle what feels heavy and notice what lights you up, one small step at a time.
We can start with a 30min no obligation Discovery Call - over a coffee or tea! -
Yes, the default session language is English.
However, I do speak German and understand Swiss German, so we can arrange to have a mix. Whatever is most comfortable.
