Your mind isn’t broken

It comes with its own kind of magic

ADHD Coaching for uniquely wired brains, in a world that needs more understanding and celebration of differences.

“neurotypical” isn’t a thing

For years, you’ve been handed maps for a world you feel you don’t fully belong to and feeling everyone is on the right track, just not you.

You’ve tried planners, routines, timers and been given “just try harder” advice that simply makes you feel worse. Advice and tools that are not made for differently wired brains.

No wonder we are then exhausted, feeling at odds with the world, and wishing we were ‘normal’.

But here’s the truth: "Normal" and "Neurotypical" aren’t benchmarks of worth. They’re just labels for brains that fit neatly into a rigid system.

The shame is big, the struggle is real, and yet the way of being is valid. How do we find our place in the world and find the compassion for ourselves?

Coaching with me

My clients are often late-diagnosed ADHDers seeking to step out of the people-pleasing and exhaustion cycle, quiet their inner critical voices, and let go of the feeling that they’re never quite good enough.

If that’s you, we’ll work together to break free from the patterns blocking your needs, repair communication breakdowns, and navigate emotional dysregulation with greater ease.

As your coach, my role isn’t to fix you but to walk beside you as you explore new ways to navigate, accept, and love the mind you’ve been given.

Radical Acceptance

This is all about you. You bring your own magic. We start by honouring how your brain simply is without judgement and shame.

We acknowledge who you are and the strengths and intersectionality you carry with you.

Listening & inquiry

In a safe listening space and through inquiry we explore the stories, emotions and beliefs that accompany you.

We investigate the impact of the ADHD lived experience on your challenges and potentials.

Do it your way

Together we design paths and shifts unique to your self, that fit your environment, energy and strengths.

We celebrate wins and build confidence to exist authentically.

About me

My name is Assia and I am an ICF Approved ADHD Certified coach, based in the city of Zürich, Switzerland.

Becoming a coach has been a natural evolution of my own search for self-understanding and my desire to offer that same essential support to others on similar paths.

I’ve always been deeply curious about people: their stories, their uniqueness, and the countless ways we each experience the world. In a time when technology and AI are reshaping so much of our lives, the need for genuine human connection, empathy, and understanding feels more urgent than ever.

If you’re looking for a space to be seen, understood, and empowered, just as you are, I’d be honoured to walk this path with you.
